Westpac in Bendigo or Shepparton seeks a capable agribusiness banker to support customers across Central Victoria. This full-time role focuses on building trusted relationships with family‑owned enterprises and delivering tailored financial solutions in a thriving regional setting.

You’ll manage a portfolio of established clients, grow new relationships, and collaborate with Westpac specialists to structure credit, cashflow analysis and deal solutions that underpin growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience in agribusiness banking and knowledge of regional industries.
• Proven customer acquisition and relationship building.
• Credit assessment, cashflow analysis and deal structuring skills.
• Customer-first mindset focused on portfolio growth and business development.
• Strong local network or ability to build referral partnerships.
