Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment across regional and remote WA from Balcatta on a 12‑month parental leave contract. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies, including relocation, accommodation and sponsorship where applicable.

You’ll build local networks, manage offers and pre‑employment checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, with regional/aged care or sponsorship recruitment valued.
• End-to-end recruitment capability with proactive sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple processes (accommodation, relocation).
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and industry regulations.
• Commitment to positive, respectful candidate experiences.
