Job summary

Allfrige Solutions in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our close-knit, family-run team. The role concentrates on commercial and industrial refrigeration with minimal air conditioning, servicing cold‑storage and industrial sites throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast and occasional Sunshine Coast work.

You’ll manage your own jobs with support from our experienced team, performing fault-finding, preventive maintenance and repairs on a range of systems while

• Strong commercial or industrial refrigeration experience.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable, professional and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Service, fault-find and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Attend breakdowns and diagnose refrigeration, electrical and controls faults.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Complete service reports, photos and asset information through our mobile platform.
• Communicate with customers and our internal team.
• Provide guidance to apprentices and junior technicians when required.
• Carry out occasional air conditioning servicing and repairs.

Allfrige Solutions is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team.

Who We Are

Allfrige Solutions is a well-established, family-run business with a close-knit and supportive team.

Our main focus is commercial and industrial refrigeration, with only minimal air conditioning work. We service a variety of customers including butchers, food production facilities, cold storage facilities and other commercial and industrial sites.

We value quality workmanship, good customer relationships and creating a workplace where our technicians are trusted and supported.

The Role

You’ll work across a variety of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems throughout Brisbane & the Gold Coast with occasional work in in the Sunshine Coast

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own jobs while having the support of our experienced team when you need it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Service, fault-find and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
