GT Refrigeration & Air Conditioning in Brendale is seeking a motivated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our small, experienced team. You’ll service, maintain, fault-find, repair and install commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment across a busy client base.

You’ll work independently and with the team, participate in on-call rosters, and need current licences, a valid driver’s licence and a proactive attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold and maintain Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Must hold Mechanical Services Occupational Licence – QBCC.
• Trade qualifications and a current driver's licence.
• Experience in refrigeration and/or air conditioning with fault-finding skills.

GT Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is looking for a motivated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our small, experienced team in Brendale. We work across commercial refrigeration and air conditioning service, maintenance, breakdowns, repairs and installations.

We take pride in doing things properly, looking after our customers and helping each other out. We work hard, enjoy a laugh along the way and are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their work and gets stuck in when things get challenging.

The role

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding, repairing and installing commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. You’ll also attend breakdowns, commission equipment, complete service reports, communicate with customers and help ensure jobs are completed safely and properly.

You’ll need to manage your workload, work independently and alongside the team, and participate in a rotational on-call roster. Some faults are straightforward; others like to keep you guessing!

What we're looking for

You must hold and maintain all three current licences:

• Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Mechanical Services Occupational Licence – QBCC.
• You’ll also need relevant trade qualifications, a current driver's licence, experience in refrigeration and/or air conditioning, good fault-finding skills and a reliable, proactive attitude. You must be willing to work overtime when required and participate in the on‑call roster.
