Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on post-trade experience.
• Experience with chilled water systems and central plant.
• Knowledge of BMS, controls and electrical fault finding.
• Experience with commissioning and system performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute workload to meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Deliver high-quality service, maintenance and repair work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Carry out scheduled corrective and emergency reactive works as required.
• Investigate and troubleshoot plant requiring rectification works.
• Coordinate and lead small-scale projects and upgrade works.
• Maintain service records, reports and compliance documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and industry standards.
• Assist in on-the-job training for apprentices.
• Work with team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
