Lead Group is offering an HVAC/R apprentice opportunity in Melbourne. You will learn hands-on while installing, servicing and repairing heating, cooling and refrigeration systems across both commercial and residential sites. The role is suitable for 1st–4th year apprentices.

You’ll earn while you learn with paid training and strong progression into a qualified technician role. This pathway provides long-term career stability in a thriving trade.

Qualifications

• Interest and experience in HVAC or refrigeration industries.
• Willing to learn and work in a team setting.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license or progress toward it.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair heating, cooling and refrigeration systems across commercial and residential sites.
• Learn on-site under experienced technicians to develop practical trade skills.

About the RoleJoin a skilled team where you'll learn directly from experienced HVAC and Refrigeration technicians. As an apprentice, you'll get hands-on experience installing, servicing, and repairing a wide variety of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems across both commercial and residential sites. I would consider 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year apprentices.

You'll earn while you learn - gaining practical skills on-site while completing your nationally recognised qualification. This is a strong pathway into a well-paid, in-demand trade with long-term career stability.

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine interest and experience in HVAC or refrigeration- this can be either installation or service and residential or commercial.
• Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Driver’s licence (or working towards it)
