GSA Group in Townsville is seeking a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice to join our team. This full-time position offers practical training, guidance from experienced tradespeople, and exposure to air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical services across Townsville and surrounding areas.

You don’t need prior trade knowledge, but you should be reliable, eager to learn, and committed to safe work practices. A White Card and driver’s licence are preferred.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assist with installation, servicing and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Gain experience with split systems, ducted air conditioning and commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Learn how to install pipework, drainage and associated components.
• Develop fault-finding and preventative maintenance skills.
• Help keep tools, vehicles and work areas clean, safe and organised.
• Attend trade training and complete the requirements of your apprenticeship.

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice to join our team. Whether you’re starting your apprenticeship or already partway through your training, we’d like to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to learn a practical trade, work alongside experienced tradespeople and gain experience across a variety of equipment and job sites.

What you’ll be doing

Working under the supervision of qualified tradespeople, you’ll:

• Assist with the installation, servicing and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

• Gain experience with split systems, ducted air conditioning and commercial refrigeration equipment.

• Learn how to install pipework, drainage and associated components.

• Develop fault-finding and preventative maintenance skills.

• Help keep tools, vehicles and work areas clean, safe and organised.

• Attend trade training and complete the requirements of your apprenticeship.
