Job summary

GSA Group Pty Ltd in Townsville is seeking a motivated 3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice to join our growing team. You’ll work alongside qualified electricians on residential, commercial and industrial projects across Townsville and surrounding areas.

We offer four-day weeks with overtime, hands-on training in electrical installations, maintenance and fault finding, plus support for your TAFE training and the chance to become a qualified electrician with us after completing your

Qualifications

• Currently completing the 3rd or 4th year of electrical apprenticeship.
• A current driver licence and reliable transport.
• Your own standard apprentice trade tools.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach with customers.
• Commitment to safe work practices.
• Availability for reasonable overtime when required.
• Some sites may require drug and alcohol testing and clean-shaven requirements for site access or respiratory protection.

• Lighting, power circuits and switchboard works.
• Maintenance, fault finding, testing and commissioning under supervision.

Job description

GSA Group is looking for a motivated 3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice to join our growing Townsville team.

If you’re looking for varied work, practical experience and support from experienced electricians to finish your trade, we’d like to hear from you.

About the role

You’ll work alongside our qualified electricians across Townsville and surrounding areas, assisting with:
