Job summary

Level7 is a premium health, fitness and wellness club preparing to open its doors in NSW. We are seeking an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to deliver engaging, safe and high-quality classes for members with varying abilities.

You will lead demonstrations, provide cueing and corrections, tailor exercises for levels, maintain studio hygiene, and collaborate with the Level7 team to grow the Reformer Pilates offering from the ground up.

• Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes.
• A recognised Reformer Pilates qualification.

About the Role

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Reformer Pilates classes that are engaging, challenging and suitable for members with different levels of experience and ability.

You will create a welcoming and supportive class environment while ensuring members receive clear instruction, appropriate guidance and a high standard of coaching.

You will:

• Deliver safe, engaging and professional Reformer Pilates classes
• Provide clear demonstrations, instruction and technique corrections
• Offer appropriate modifications and progressions for different fitness levels
• Ensure members feel welcomed, supported and motivated throughout each class
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, energy and presentation
• Ensure the Reformer studio is clean, organised and ready for each session
• Follow all safety, hygiene and operational procedures
• Check equipment before and after classes and report any issues promptly
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to member engagement and retention
• Encourage members to explore the broader Level7 offering where appropriate
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of the Reformer Pilates program
• Work collaboratively with the Group Fitness Manager and wider Level7 team

About You

We are looking for an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor who is passionate about movement, fitness and creating a positive experience for members.

You will be confident leading classes, providing clear instruction and adapting exercises to suit different fitness levels.

You will have:

• Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes
• A recognised Reformer Pilates qualification
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• The ability to provide clear demonstrations and technique corrections
• A professional and positive approach
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for fitness and member experience

First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable, along with other relevant fitness qualifications.
