About the Role

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective and engaging group fitness classes for members of all fitness levels.

About You

We are looking for someone who is energetic, confident and passionate about helping people enjoy their fitness journey.

You will be comfortable leading a group, motivating participants and providing clear coaching and instruction.

You will have:

• Previous group fitness coaching experience preferred

• Strong communication and coaching skills

• The ability to motivate and engage participants

• A professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach

• A positive and energetic personality

• A genuine passion for health and fitness

• A friendly and approachable manner

• Strong organisation and member-focused service

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate III in Fitness

• Relevant group fitness certification

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
