Job summary

AUSactive in Sydney is seeking an inspiring Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our vibrant studio team. You will deliver engaging 50-minute group Reformer classes for members of all fitness levels, with hands-on or verbal cues and a focus on form, alignment, and progression.

We look for a Certificate in Pilates, first aid/cpr, and a passion for building a welcoming, energetic studio culture. Competitive hourly pay and block class options are available.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Pilates (Accredited certification required).
• Experience teaching group Reformer classes preferred; exceptional new graduates with strong training welcomed.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• High emotional intelligence, reliable, punctual, and able to connect with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, 50-minute group Reformer Pilates classes to all fitness levels.
• Provide clear, safe cues with emphasis on form and progressive programming.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, high-energy studio culture.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of studio and equipment before/after classes.

We are a new vibrant, reformer Pilates studio dedicated to delivering high-energy, safe, and results-driven movement experiences. Our community loves a welcoming atmosphere, sleek studio design, and creative, intentional programming. We are looking for an inspiring and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team!

The Role

• Deliver dynamic, 50-minute group Reformer Pilates classes to members of all fitness levels.
• Provide clear, safe, and hands-on (or verbal) cues with a strong focus on form, alignment, and progressive programming.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and high-energy studio culture that keeps clients engaged and coming back.
• Ensure the studio and reformer equipment are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained before and after classes.

About You

• Certifications: Certificate in Pilates (Accredited certification is required).
• Experience: Previous experience teaching group Reformer classes is preferred, though exceptional new graduates with strong training foundations are welcome to apply.
• Certifications (Safety): Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Vibe & Skills: High emotional intelligence, reliable, punctual, and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
