Journey Beyond is seeking a Reefsleep Host to join Reefworld on the Great Barrier Reef, delivering exceptional guest experiences across overnight stays. You will combine hospitality and housekeeping duties with a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive team attitude to create a welcoming, memorable atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest accommodation or rooms division management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service across overnight experiences.
• Support Reefworld guest journey and daily itinerary.
• Assist with food and beverage service at all guest touchpoints.
• Maintain accommodation presentation and housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to schedules, procedures, and WHS requirements.
• Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable atmosphere for guests.
• Collect guest feedback and contribute to Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes.
