Cruise Whitsundays is seeking a Reefsleep Host to join our hospitality and housekeeping team on a permanent full-time basis at Reefworld, Great Barrier Reef. You will deliver exceptional overnight guest experiences, support the guest journey, assist with food and beverage service, and maintain accommodation standards.

The successful candidate will bring experience in both fine dining and housekeeping, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative, guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service across all overnight experiences.
• Support the Reefworld guest journey and daily itinerary.

• Adhere to schedules, procedures, and WHS requirements.
• Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable atmosphere for guests.
• Collect guest feedback and contribute to NPS outcomes.

About the role

We are seeking a hospitality and housekeeping professional to join our team as a Reefsleep Host on a permanent full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that enhances guest interactions and delivers exceptional service to guests at Reefworld on the Great Barrier Reef.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service across all overnight experiences.
• Support the delivery of the Reefworld guest journey and daily itinerary.
• Assist with food and beverage service at all guest touchpoints.
• Maintain accommodation presentation and housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to schedules, procedures, and WHS requirements
• Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable atmosphere for guests.
• Collect guest feedback and contribute to Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes.

About You

The ideal candidate will be motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. You bring experience in both fine dining and housekeeping, coupled with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards in all aspects of your work. As a team player with a positive "can-do" attitude, you will be a proud ambassador of Cruise Whitsundays.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have experience in guest accommodation or rooms division management
