Job summary

OTR is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help create a welcoming store environment for our Guests. You will focus on delivering great service, maintaining clean shelves, and keeping the store stocked.

This fast-paced role requires the ability to multitask, work flexible hours including weekends, and be on your feet for long periods. Australian work rights and police clearance may be required.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
