Job summary

OTR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to create welcoming store experiences for guests across Brisbane. You will deliver outstanding service, keep shelves stocked, and maintain a clean, inviting environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, stand for long periods, handle lifting, and adapt to flexible hours including nights, mornings, and weekends. Australian working rights and police clearance are required.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.
