Job summary

OTR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help create welcoming experiences for guests in our store. You will be on your feet, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and neatly displayed while delivering a friendly, efficient service.

The role requires flexibility to work late nights, mornings and weekends, and you should be comfortable learning about our range of products and promotions. Australian working rights and police clearance will be required.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
