Job summary

OTR Group in Western Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver great guest experiences in a busy store. You will be focused on friendly service, helping customers, and promoting our products and specials.

In this role you’ll keep the store clean, well stocked and welcoming, and you’ll need to multi-task and manage your time in a fast-paced environment. Availability for late nights, early mornings and weekends is required.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.
