• Experience in recruitment agency or in-house recruitment.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage client and candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility on the recruitment process and client/candidate management.
• Maintain databases of clients and candidates using social media, LinkedIn, and job boards; prepare contracts and onboarding docs.
• Negotiate terms of employment and resolve disputes; screen candidates per job requirements and hire briefs.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and provide career guidance.
