Job summary

Drake International in Canberra is seeking a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to build strong client relationships, source top talent and place candidates across your specialist vertical or territory. You'll own the process end to end in a 360° recruitment role.

You’ll become a trusted advisor for clients and candidates, driving revenue while developing new business and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience or 3+ years of B2C sales experience.
• Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role

As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top talent and making successful placements across your specialist vertical or territory.

Remuneration

$55,000 - $75,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission.
