Drake International in Canberra is seeking a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to build strong client relationships, source top talent and place candidates across your specialist vertical or territory. You'll own the process end to end in a 360° recruitment role.

You’ll become a trusted advisor for clients and candidates, driving revenue while developing new business and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience or 3+ years of B2C sales experience.
• Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and generate job orders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Source, assess and manage high quality candidates.
• Present your most placeable candidates to employers.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through to placement.
