Job summary

Point Force Group (NSW) Pty Ltd in Edgecliff, NSW is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to support recruitment activities and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of full-time recruitment or HR experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR systems and workplace legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with attention to detail in HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising, screening applications, interviewing candidates and assisting with staff selection.
• Record and manage job vacancy information, including role descriptions, remuneration and employment conditions.
• Maintain employee records and update HR information systems.
• Provide guidance to management on workplace policies, staff performance matters and HR procedures.
• Support employee onboarding by organising inductions and providing information on employment conditions and benefits.
• Communicate current job opportunities to internal stakeholders and potential candidates.
• Assist in resolving workplace issues and ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards and agreements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of workplace policies and employee engagement initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

• Minimum 1 year of full-time relevant industry experience, or equivalent part-time experience.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR systems and workplace legislation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both employers and candidates.

• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in managing recruitment and HR documentation.

Salary: $80,000 – $90, 000 per year plus superannuation
