Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Principal Consultant located in Sydney. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, consulting with clients, and matching the right talent to the right roles.

Daily tasks will involve conducting interviews, maintaining strong communication with candidates and clients, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both.

Qualifications

• Degree Qualified
• Digital, Sales and Marketing recruitment experience or an interest in developing.
• Experienced in conducting Interviews and managing multiple assignments.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
