Job summary

Austcorp Executive is looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our aged care division in Sydney. You will source and interview candidates, manage a robust candidate pool, and align client requirements with top talent to fill vacancies efficiently.

In a busy, fast-paced environment, you will nurture client relationships, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and maintain accurate records in our recruitment system while delivering exceptional service across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Recruitment or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service, sales or administration is valued.

• Managing a large pool of casual and permanent employees
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Coordinating interviews, onboarding and mobilisation
• Building strong relationships with existing clients and candidates

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
• Experience in customer service, sales, administration will be highly regarded
