Job summary

AustCorp Executive in Australia is seeking an experienced recruiter to join its perm trades, industrial and manufacturing desk on a full-time permanent basis. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop client partnerships and deliver quality placements with a supportive team.

Induction at our Sydney head office followed by a move to Perth. Expect strong earnings via uncapped commissions, with a clear path for progression and a collaborative, high-trust culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency recruitment experience (perm-focused).
• Experience in trades, technical or engineering markets is preferred.
• Strong focus on quality delivery and trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment for perm trades and technical roles.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships in WA market.
• Contribute to team discussions and mentor peers when needed.
• Develop business by expanding to new clients and repeat placements.

Due to well above expected business growth, we have a full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to step into a well-established, high-performing permanent desk within the perm trades, industrial and manufacturing sector, specialising in technical trades roles. You will have a flair for business development as well, our BD tech will impress you and show you how easy it is to make 3-4 placements a month.

This is not a start-from-scratch role, you will be trained in our Sydney office for a full week first, then back to Perth. We have vacancy's to fill but you will generate more and be trained how to do so. It's a warm, respected desk with good client relationships, consistent job flow, and the space for the right person to fly and be proud of your achievements.

The Role

You'll work alongside one of our top WA performers and continue our success in placing perm trades people into the WA market. Your focus will be on delivering quality outcomes, nurturing long-term partnerships, and continuing the desk's success in a way that feels sustainable and rewarding. You'll be trusted to: Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment for perm trades & technical engineering roles Work closely with long-standing trades, industrial and manufacturing clients Build thoughtful, consultative relationships - not transactional ones Contribute to team discussions, mentoring, and shared success There is autonomy here, but never isolation - support is always close by.

About You

• You must have recruitment experience to be considered for this role.
• Has 3+ years' agency recruitment experience (perm-focused)
• Enjoys trades, technical or engineering markets
• Takes pride in quality delivery and trusted relationships Is confident running a desk but values being part of a team
