Job summary

Drake International is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to partner with luxury retail clients across Melbourne, building relationships, sourcing top talent, and making successful placements. You will be the go-to expert for clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue.

You will develop new business, source candidates, and manage the full recruitment cycle in a 360° role. Training and coaching are provided, with a strong commission structure and clear career
