Job summary

Just Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment, client management and candidate resourcing. You will create job adverts, build strong client partnerships, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences from application through onboarding.

Bring proven recruitment experience, a proactive attitude and a results-driven approach. A driver’s licence and reliable transport are required as the role is on-site in our Melbourne office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sales calls and client management.
• Source candidates, advertise jobs and onboard successful hires.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
• Create ads across multiple platforms and maintain candidate pools.
• Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to growth.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to strengthen relationships.
• Oversee onboarding, compliance and placement administration.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Manage end to end recruitment, including sales calls, client management, candidate resourcing, reporting , registration and administration.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and deliver great recruitment outcomes
• Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Deliver the exceptional candidate experience from application through to on boarding
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Build and maintain candidate talent pools
• Manage on boarding, compliance and placement administration
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Contribute ideas, innovation and fresh thinking to strengthen the recruitment process
• Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets to achieve marketing goals within the organisation

About you

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the white and blue collar Industry.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Confident in identifying opportunities and growing business partnerships
• A positive, proactive, and solutions focused attitude
• High attention to detail and organisational skills

• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Confidence working with people from diverse backgrounds
