3D Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a driven recruitment professional to join its construction and property division. You will manage the full recruitment process for permanent and temporary roles, take client briefs, advise on salary and market conditions, source candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and provide aftercare.

Based at ANZAC Station on St Kilda Road, the role offers a generous salary package ($70,000 - $100,000) plus an attractive commission structure, 5 weeks

Automation tools to generate new candidate & client leads and help with aftercare

Solid database of construction, property & architecture professionals and company contacts

Terms of Business - All our clients have SIGNED terms, so you won't have hairy situations occur too often

What's in it for you?

Salary Package between $70,000 - $100,000 (Depending on experience)

Manage the full recruitment process for permanent and temporary roles across construction and property

Take client briefs and advise on salary, market conditions and candidate availability

Source, screen and interview candidates using Bullhorn, SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn and referrals

Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and provide aftercare to clients and placed candidates

Find new clients through business development and build long-term client relationships

Keep accurate records in Bullhorn and make sure recruitment follows employment, privacy and WHS requirements
