Secure IQ is a fast-growing recruitment and talent solutions firm based in Sydney. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to own inbound and outbound sales, convert qualified opportunities, and drive revenue using warm inbound leads and a proven process.

You’ll work with the founders on discovery calls, understand hiring needs, build strong client relationships, and close deals in a high-growth environment with commission potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment sales, B2B sales, business development, or closing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing warm inbound leads and converting them into clients.
• Running discovery and strategy calls with business owners and hiring managers.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Following up and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline efficiently.
• Activating outbound opportunities from an existing lead base.
• Working closely with founders to improve sales processes and drive growth.
• Consistently achieving revenue and conversion targets.
