Job summary

Enterprise and Training Company in Ipswich is seeking a passionate Jobs Advisor to provide high‑level personalised support and services to clients, helping them achieve sustainable employment. You will manage your own caseload, work toward agreed objectives and KPIs, and refer customers to activities to build employability skills.

A Certificate IV in Employment Services (or willingness to obtain), plus a current National Police Check and a QLD Blue Card are required.

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Jobs Advisor.

As a Jobs Advisor you will be responsible for providing our customers with a high level of personalised support and service through individual and group sessions. You are organised with a drive to achieve agreed objectives and targets and can confidently manage your own caseload of customers to facilitate positive employment outcomes. With a drive to succeed, you are able to build relationships with a diverse range of people while simultaneously assessing an individual’s requirements to be able to gain sustainable and ongoing employment.

Your Key Responsibilities will include;

• Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers
• Manage your own caseload of customers
• Achieve agreed objectives and targets
• Prepare and refer customers to activities to increase employability skills
