Golding is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our Milton team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for professional roles across mining, urban and civil operations.

Qualificações

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably within mining/resources/construction or civil infrastructure industries.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, supervisory, management and corporate support positions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• High level computer skills in Microsoft Office and recruitment applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional positions across multiple projects and functions.
• Prepare and advertise vacancies, proactively source candidates, screen applications and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including reference checks, medical assessments and onboarding documentation.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes, market conditions, candidate availability and salary expectations.
• Prepare offers and contracts in line with company policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Golding is currently seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our team located in Milton. Reporting to the Recruitment Superintendent, the successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a variety of professional positions across our mining, urban and civil operations.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional positions across multiple projects and business functions;
• Prepare and advertise vacancies, proactively source candidates, screen applications and coordinate interviews;
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including reference checks, medical assessments and onboarding documentation;
• Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes, market conditions, candidate availability and salary expectations;
• Prepare employment offers and contracts in accordance with company policies and approval processes;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and the candidate experience.

To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive, organised and relationship-focused recruitment professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the mining, resources, construction or civil infrastructure industries;
