Bayside Council in Sydney, NSW, Australia is seeking a Recreational Duty Supervisor – Casual to oversee the Arncliffe Youth Centre. You will supervise staff, manage bookings, and ensure safe delivery of programs while delivering exceptional customer service.
The role requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility across early mornings to late evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A First Aid certificate and NSW Working with Children Check are required.

The role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Arncliffe Youth Centre, providing frontline leadership and supervision of staff and patrons while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of recreational services and programs. We’re looking for someone with initiative and creativity, someone who brings new ideas, strengthens customer experience, and contributes to the ongoing growth of our team and facility. The role will report to and provide direct support to the Centre Coordinator - Arncliffe Youth Centre.

Salary Range: From $41.20 ph + 25% casual loading + 12% superannuation.
