Zusammenfassung

Camden Council is seeking two experienced Recreation Planner Project Officers to join our Sport and Recreation team. You will lead planning, development and scoping of open space, sport and recreation projects to meet the needs of our growing community.

Reporting to the Team Leader Sport & Recreation Planning, you will coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, manage budgets, and ensure projects align with Council’s objectives and framework for delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Degree qualifications in Recreation, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Planning or equivalent related field.
• Experience in sport and recreation planning and policy development.
• Experience delivering passive and active recreation infrastructure.
• Experience managing community and stakeholder engagement at multiple levels.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of EEO, WHS and ethics; valid drivers licence.
• Experience applying a structured project management framework.
• Local government experience and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
• Research, reporting and computer skills; project and resource management.
