Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients after surgery and anesthesia, identifying nursing needs and monitoring status.
• Provide and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with patient and multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate ongoing care and communicate with anaesthetists, surgeons and other health professionals.
• Lead nursing care coordination within Recovery Unit, working independently and with the team.
• Delegate tasks to Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Workers, ensuring accountability.
