Job summary

  • Undertake physical duties safely, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and moving files within office and warehouse environments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting efficient and effective records management practices.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Records Management Officer to join our team and play an important role in supporting the management of information across DCJ. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and eager to build valuable skills in records management, administration, customer service, and information systems.

Working in a dynamic records and warehouse environment, you'll help ensure important information is secure, accurate, and accessible, supporting both internal teams and the community we serve. You'll gain hands‑on experience, work alongside supportive colleagues, and contribute to meaningful outcomes across the organisation.

What you’ll do
