Job summary

Greatland seeks a Mining Reconciliation Specialist based in Subiaco, WA, reporting to the Principal Geologist. You will lead development, implementation and continuous improvement of the mine reconciliation process from resource model to concentrate sale, driving reliable performance across the mining value chain.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills across resource & mine geology, mining operations and data analytics.
• Experience applying data-driven reconciliation methods in mining environments.
• Exposure to both open pit and underground operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement robust data-driven reconciliation systems at the Telfer Operation.
• Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliation reports across the mining value chain.
• Investigate reconciliation variances, identify root causes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Geology, Mining, Processing and Metallurgy to optimise outcomes.
• Maintain reconciliation systems, databases and dashboards with data integrity.
• Support continuous improvement via engagement with industry specialists and QA/QC activities.
