About the role

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at True Scan Radiology, part of the Carlisle Health Group. The position is permanent full-time or permanent part-time position, with onsite parking available.

Candidate must be able to speak fluent Vietnamese or Chinese.

Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Be the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.

Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple imaging modalities.

Register patients accurately and verify referral and billing details.

Processing Medicare billing, payments, and performing end-of-day banking.

Maintain accurate patient records and complete data entry tasks.
