Fluency in Vietnamese or Chinese is required; you will register patients, verify referrals and billing details, handle Medicare processing and end-of-day banking, and maintain accurate records with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and verify referral and billing details.
• Processing Medicare billing, payments, and performing end-of-day banking.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete data entry tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with Privacy Legislation and Carlisle Health policy.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, referrers, and internal teams.
• Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
