Discovery Parks is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. You will provide a high standard of customer service, process guest check-ins and check-outs, and use the RMS booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
You will coordinate with the Housekeeping team, supply guests with information about local areas, and perform day-to-day office administration while maintaining strong relationships with park teams, residents and guests.
