Job summary

Tasman Holiday Parks in Kioloa Beach is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join on a casual basis. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, take reservations and share local information to ensure a memorable stay.

You will handle front-desk enquiries and bookings, collaborate with other departments, and weekend/holiday shifts are required. Experience with booking systems (New Book preferred) and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in booking systems or the ability to master them quickly.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with guests and residents.
• Willingness to work weekends and peak holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front-line reception services including check-ins and reservations.
• Provide helpful local information to guests to ensure a memorable stay.

About the Role

We’re looking for a welcoming, customer-focused Receptionist to join us on a casual basis at our beautiful Tasman Holiday Parks - Kioloa Beach.

In this role, you’ll be the first smiling face our guests meet, assisting with check-ins, reservations, and providing helpful local information to ensure every stay is memorable.

You will be responsible for delivering a range of front-line reception services and ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in (or the ability to quickly master) booking systems - New Book would be extremely advantageous
• Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods is a must
• A friendly and helpful manner to deliver a high level of customer service
• Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments
• This casual role requires flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and other peak trading periods.
