Job summary

Tasman Holiday Parks in Jervis Bay is seeking a dedicated Grounds / Maintenance Person for a casual role. You’ll join a small, friendly team in a waterfront location and help keep the park and facilities in top condition, including pool areas and gardens.

Flexibility is needed to cover weekends, public holidays, and peak periods. A current driver’s licence is essential for this role, with accommodation discounts and other benefits available.

About the role

We are looking for an amazing Grounds and Maintenance person to join the team on a Casual basis and help take our Tasman Holiday Park at Jervis Bay to the next level.

You Will Be Responsible For

You will be responsible for ensuring the park and facilities are both looking well maintained and everything is in working order. Duties include:

Fixing maintenance items as they arise

Mowing

General garden care

Blowing pathways

Organising maintenance quotes as required

Removal of rubbish and debris

Pool cleaning and maintenance

What You'll Bring to the Team

Experience in a building maintenance would be desirable

Experience with lawn, plant and tree care

Knowledge of maintenance procedures

Perform troubleshooting to solve repair issues

Be physically agility and possess good manual dexterity

This casual role requires flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and other peak trading periods. Shifts will vary across grounds work and a small amount of laundry and cleaning amenities, so flexibility and a willingness to assist across different areas is important. A current driver’s licence is essential for this role.
