You’ll manage the reception and switchboard, provide accurate information to internal and external stakeholders, and support administration tasks as the first point of contact for the organisation.

The role offers an attractive annual salary of 46,176–81,376 AUD plus 12% superannuation, with weekend shift opportunities during peak periods and access to learning and development

• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience operating a busy switchboard and front of house reception visitor desk.
• Ability to provide accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
