Job summary

Simply Teeth in West Perth is seeking a friendly front office receptionist to be the first face patients see and to keep the front desk running smoothly. The role offers part-time hours (3–4 days/week) with growth potential, parking, and goodwill from owners who invest in their team.

You’ll manage appointments, handle payments, answer calls with warmth, and ensure every patient feels at ease from the moment they arrive.

Qualifications

• Warm, people-focused and genuinely caring.
• Organised, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator with patients and teammates.
• D4W or reception experience a bonus — but not essential.
• All experience levels welcome.
