Regency Newcastle in Australia is seeking a Senior Living Receptionist to join our compassionate retirement and assisted living community. You will be the first point of contact, greet visitors, manage inquiries, and perform health screenings to ensure only necessary entry.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, resident dignity, and professional conduct. Shifts are Wednesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, with responsibilities including answering phones, directing visitors, and supporting multiple

• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to relate positively with others.
• Interest in working with the elderly population.

Senior Living Receptionist - Front Desk Opportunity - Experience Required!

Wednesday - Saturday / 9AM - 7PM

As a receptionist, you will expedite the care and connection of our residents and staff. You will be the first line of defense providing health screening to individuals ensuring they enter only for necessary reasons.

You will:

• Greet visitors and direct individuals to the appropriate office, resident room, or area
• Answer the telephone promptly and direct calls appropriately
• Provide clerical support to all departments including email response to inquiries.
• Monitoring visitors access.
• Maintain strict confidentiality with personnel, residents, and management issues
• Respects resident dignity and promotes resident rights.
• Securing the doors in the evening and walking the grounds.

You Currently:

• Able to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with others
• Possess an interest in working with the elderly population
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Able to stand, lift (up to 30 pounds unassisted), bend, stoop, push, pull, and twist
