Be the welcoming face of DANS In Home Care

At DANS In Home Care, we know that first impressions matter.

Whether it’s a client walking through our doors, a family member calling with a question, or a team member needing support, we’re looking for someone who can make people feel welcomed, valued and cared for from the very first interaction.

If you’re organised, love working with people, enjoy variety in your day, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

Why DANS?

For more than 25 years, DANS In Home Care has been supporting people across Western NSW to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

We’re a local organisation built on genuine care, strong relationships and a commitment to making a difference in our community.

At DANS, you’ll join a team that works hard, supports one another, celebrates wins together and genuinely enjoys what we do.

We’re proud of our culture and are looking for someone who will become an important part of it.

What Does Success Look Like?

Success in this role means being the welcoming face and professional first point of contact for DANS In Home Care.

It’s ensuring every visitor, client and caller receives a positive experience, while providing high-quality administrative support to the wider team.

It’s keeping the office organised, managing competing priorities effectively, and supporting the day-to-day operations that help our services run smoothly.

Through professionalism, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to helping others, you’ll play an important role in supporting both our team and the clients we serve.

About the Role

In our Reception & Administration role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of the people who interact with DANS.
