Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs Doncaster (Australia) is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our brand-new, 5-star club environment. You?ll be the first point of engagement for members and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires at least 12 months in a high-service setting, immaculate presentation and a positive, energetic attitude. A 7-day operating schedule is expected, with flexible hours to suit the club’s needs.

• Minimum 12 months experience in a 5-star service delivery position.

The Role

The positions are very diverse with a requirement to understand and keep up to date with everything that is going on in the Club at any given time. You must have at least 12 months experience in a 5 star service delivery position and be adaptable, flexible and able to think on your feet.

The role requires someone who is flexible, resilient, positive and energetic as we work in a 7-day a week operating environment.

About You

• You will be immaculately presented;
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
• Demonstrated experience in a reception, member concierge or similar role.
• It is important that you are positive, energetic and pride yourself on being able to adaptable, flexible and a real team player.
• Demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

Key Skills

• Highly organised and methodical;
• Ability to prioritise tasks on the run;
• Ability to build a rapport with clients.
• First Aid/CPR Certificate is desirable;
