Job summary

Elders Rural Services Australia Limited is seeking a Receptionist to join our Bunbury team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is the first point of contact for clients, delivering high-standard customer service and providing essential administration support to the real estate team.

You will manage front-office presentation, handle queries, and assist with branch banking, purchasing, reporting and general administration to help grow client relationships in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Physical presentation of front office including displays.
• Handling client queries and / or referring on to specialised staff as required.
• Being first point of call for visitors to Branch including Clients and Staff Responsible for collection and sorting of correspondence and deliveries
• Support branch administration which may include banking, purchasing, reporting, book keeping / reconciling accounts, promotions, marketing and any other administrative activities as required.

About the role
