  • Provide timely support to managers and maintain document and data storage.

About the opportunity

This role will support the Village Manager in a range of day to day administrative and support tasks. Being the first point of contact for residents, families and staff, you will be responsible for providing courteous reception and administrative support, including rostering of the staff at the facility Facilitate communication with residents and / or their families and staff in relation to office administration requirements. Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day activities of the office ensuring administrative, clerical and reception services are provided to the residents, visitors and staff. Provide timely and effective support to managers. Efficient and effective maintenance of document and data storage.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.

  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality around client data records.
Qualifications and Evidence
  • You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
  • Current Police Check.
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
