Mercy Health is seeking an organised Administration Officer to join our aged care team at Mercy Place Parkville, Melbourne. You will provide high-quality administrative and rostering support to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our aged care team. Reporting to the Precinct Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility, providing high-quality administrative and rostering support to ensure efficient service delivery.
Working closely with residents, families, staff, and management, you will assist with a range of administrative functions, workforce coordination, and office operations while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
You are reliable, compassionate, and highly organised, with a genuine commitment to supporting older Australians and delivering exceptional administrative support.
