Job summary

Bold Trailer And Caravan Repair Centre is seeking a reception and admin team member to join our Miranda-based team. You will provide professional customer service, data entry, diary management and CRM-based administration to the management team.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A current driver's licence and experience with CRM systems are preferred, with a focus on maintaining high presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers via phone, in person and electronic channels.

• Maintain presentation and merchandising standards of the retail shop.

Bold Trailer And Caravan Repair Centre is an award winning family owned business that is seeking a reception and admin team member to join the team.

Located at Miranda, your strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills and professional presentation will see you engaging with people from a variety of ages and backgrounds. The experience you bring to the role will ensure you are always positively representing Bold TCRC. You will play an integral role in providing effective and efficient customer service and administration support to management.

You are a proactive and driven team player who leads by example, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering customer service excellence. You have the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers via phone, in person and via electronic services.
• Accurate data entry, booking appointments, diary management, general admin, filing and emails.
• Assisting with inventory and stock control.
• Assisting with sales, marketing and accounts activities.
• Sending and receiving deliveries.
• Demonstrate multitasking and prioritisation skills
• Contribute to the sales performance of the store
• Build effective customer relationships
• Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the retail shop
• Maintain high OH&S standards
• Work with the management team to drive and deliver results
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bring positivity and a 'can do' attitude to the position.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Confidence when dealing with customers.

• This position is full time over 4.5 days each week. This position will include working every Saturday morning between 8am - 12 noon.
