Job summary

Bold Trailer And Caravan Repair Centre is hiring an entry level admin junior in Miranda for a full-time role over 4.5 days a week, including Saturday mornings 8am–12 noon. You will assist customers on the phone and in person, handle general admin, data entry, emails, and support inventory and stock control.

Work with an award winning team that will value and respect you. Our growing business is seeking a full time admin junior at Miranda for a proactive person who is passionate about providing customers with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers over the phone and in person.
• Booking appointments.
• Liaising with staff.
• Assisting with general admin, filing, data entry and emails.
• Assisting with inventory, parts sales and stock control.
• Assisting the Operations Manager with daily workshop admin.
• Excellent phone manner.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• This position is full time over 4.5 days each week. This position will include working every Saturday morning between 8am – 12 noon.
• Experience with Email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• An interest in the camping / automotive / caravan / boating / recreation industries
• Drivers Licence.
• Ongoing education and training
